The phenomenal thetA pi chapter
The Theta Pi Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was founded on April 9, 1996 and chartered on June 10, 1996 on the campus of Missouri State University formerly Southwest Missouri State by five women, whom like their founders, embarked upon their own journey and paved the way for many young women to follow in their footsteps. Our charter members include Tracy (McGee) Abbott, Rita Hill, Yves - Rose (Jerome) Stewart, Marshawna Love, and Rachelle (Morgan) Thomas. These five ladies strived to exemplify the ideals of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood.
Since our inception, Theta Pi has inspired and ignited change on the campus of Missouri State University, and surrounding areas. Additionally, our chapter has had the privilege of cultivating leaders within the community, and the upper leadership levels within our beloved sorority; chapter alum, Stacy Johnson, currently serves as the first elected Missouri State Director. The Phenomenal Theta Pi Chapter is not only about the individual growth of our members, but also about uplifting and supporting the community we learn and live in everyday.
